Outdoor Group Training
Do you find working out with a friend or group more motivating? We offer specialized group training, in both North and South of the River where you have the opportunity to train with Zia directly in a motivating and challenging environment surrounded by like minded people.
Forget impersonal and intimidating boot camps! Our outdoor sessions still provide the one on one attention you require to achieve your results, along with extra accountability and encouragement through our supportive community.
Training with a group is also a budget-friendly way of affording a personal trainer if things might be tight financially but your goals are still of the highest priority.
