What I Eat In A Day
I’ve often been asked what I eat in a day to achieve and maintain my body shape.
Now this does vary, as my goals do. However, I’m a creature of habit and when I set a target (for example, fat loss) I tend to eat the same thing every day.
It’s just easier for me to prep, remain consistent & to be honest I only eat things I personally enjoy. This is how I’ve managed to maintain my shape my whole life, by eating according to the foods I like & the way I like.
Recently, I set myself a fat loss phase to achieve the best body (I believe) I’ve had to date. This PDF contains EXACTLY what I ate every day, including portion sizes, exact foods, macros & calories. Although this may not be accurate for YOUR specific goals, it gives you an idea into my food choices and how a ‘day of eating’ looks like for me.
